Exercise Ball Leg Curl
How to do it
Starting position
- Lie on the floor and place your ankles on the exercise ball.
- Place your palms on the floor to stably support your upper body.
- Lift your hips until your body forms a straight line.
Movement
- Press into the exercise ball with your toes and pull your feet toward your body.
- Bend your knees and bring the exercise ball under your hips.
- Slowly straighten your legs and return to the starting position.
Breathing
Exhale as you pull the ball in and inhale as you push it away.
Cautions
- If your lower back sags, it can cause lower back injury, so squeeze your glutes.
- If your pelvis tilts to one side, it strains the joints, so maintain balance on both sides.
