Starting position
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and step on the center of the band.
- Hold the ends of the band with both hands by the sides of your thighs.
- Keep your chest up and lock your shoulders down without shrugging.
- Keep a very slight bend in your elbows and get ready.
Movement
- Raise your arms out to the sides to shoulder height.
- Keep your wrists straight so they do not bend.
