Jump Squat: Are you landing with your knees straight?

Bend your hips and knees to absorb the landing softly. Do not land with your knees straight.

How to fix it

  1. Bend your hips and knees to lower your body.
  2. Straighten your hips, knees, and ankles as you jump up powerfully.
  3. Bend your knees to land softly.
Caution Do not let your knees cave inward as you jump up or as you land.

The app sets the reps for your next set

(For exercises you added to your routine yourself) For example, if you are a beginner and completed all 3 sets of 7 reps using your bodyweight as planned in your last workout, the app increases your reps to 8. When you log your sets, GYMKC reads your last set and recalculates the reps for your next set.

Which part of your foot should you land on?

Sources differ. Some suggest landing on the balls of your feet. Others suggest landing on the middle of your feet and rolling back toward your heels. Either way, bend your knees to land softly.
